TitanPad
Titan Pad is a great way to collaborate with others in real time. You set up an account and then send the link to join the TitanPad to others. (They do not need to create an account! They can just join when they receive the invite!) It allows you to track the conversation in different colors for different users and another neat feature is the playback of the conversation using the Timeslider.

This great tool is free and allows you to share your desktop with your end user! You can set up a session and have others enter that number and it allows you to share your desktop with others. I'm hoping this site remains free since it is so robust and awesome! Check it out!!
